Setting out to play a new instrument can be daunting. When looking at the fretboard of a guitar you’re likely to have your head spinning attempting to understand the theory behind the whole thing.

In all truth, the guitar is not an easy instrument to understand. Maybe the arrogant won’t say it, but there’s some funky math involved in the layout of the fretboard. It is not very often that a new online guitar course comes along that I am all that impressed with.  Most of the high quality online guitar courses offer pretty much the same thing these days.  They for the most part teach the basic fundamentals, have special tools, chord libraries and qualified instructors.  However, there has become available some beginning guitar lessons that I have been extremely impressed with.  That is “Guitar In A Nutshell”.
