Lesson 14- Guitar Chord Theory & Variations
This lesson is a little different from the first chord theory lessons you learned in our beginner course series. This lesson is really designed to teach you different variations of guitar chords you can play everywhere on the neck. Marty does a really great job of explaining this and how you can set yourself about when you’re playing guitar with other people or you’re just looking for a different sound.
After you see this video… I think you’ll have a greater understanding on how to embellish chords and really just understand the guitar as a whole better. At this point is where the beginner guitarist starts to really see how much easier the guitar is than they thought and really branches out with their playing. If you’ve gotten to this point? This lesson is a must. Have fun with it and try all different kinds of chord progressions around the neck with it.
